What is Realize LIVE?
Realize LIVE is Siemens’ premier digital transformation conference.
It's where technical users, industry leaders, and partners come together to accelerate innovation and workplace efficiency through insights, information, and collaboration.

At the conference you will:
Will there be training on-site?
Hands-on training will take place Monday- Thursday and can be added to your agenda in the Realize LIVE mobile app.
Additionally, you will be able to obtain a Siemens Xcelerator Certification, on Thursday, May 16 (or virtually). The certification is free of charge for registrants

How do I pay for Realize LIVE Americas?
When you register, you can pay by credit card to purchase your pass. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
I am not able to register, how do I troubleshoot?
If you do not have a Siemens account:
Use the Create an account option.
If you do not know your password:
Use the Forgot password option.
If you have errors on the registration page:
Please use Google Chrome and try again with an incognito browser window or clear your cache, cookies and browser history.
What is the cancellation policy?
Siemens Software reserves the right to defer or cancel the conference if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond our control. Siemens Software will reschedule the conference to an alternative date and/or provide you with a full refund.
Cancellations by the registrant must be received in writing by email to the Siemens Global Events Team.
Refund Policy Cancellation by the registrant will be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
- Upon cancellation by email at least 60 days before the Conference, SISW will refund your entire Conference registration fee.
- Upon cancellation by email at least 30 days before the Conference, SISW will refund 50% of your Conference registration fee.
- For cancellations less than 30 days before the Conference, no registration fee will be refunded
Where can I book a hotel?
Discounted rates are available for registered event attendees at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Delano. Hotel booking links are available on the event home pages and with your registration confirmation details. See more hotel details on the hotel page.
The discounted Siemens rate is only available through April 19th.
Is ground transportation to the hotel available?
Ground Transportation is not included. It is up to the attendee to choose their form of transportation: Taxi, Uber or Lyft are the most efficient.

Where can I view an agenda of the week?
The agenda includes three days of keynotes, 200+ breakout sessions, hands-on training, industry receptions and dedicated user meet-ups. It also includes evening networking activities, including the Welcome Reception and the Celebration on the closing-night. In addition, the Innovation Hub and Solutions center offer access to product experts, sponsors and partners. Check out the agenda page to find out more!
What food and beverage is included in my full conference pass?
Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks will be served at the event as well as dinner at evening receptions.

Following Realize LIVE 2024, we will create a form for you to submit your interest. Following the submission of this form, you'll receive an email once the Speaker Program opens in late summer 2024.
