Aleksey Matyushev is the CEO and co-founder of San Diego-based aircraft manufacturer Natilus, the developer of a family of next-generation blended-wing-body aircraft delivering sustainable solutions to the commercial aviation industry. One of the foremost experts in commercializing aircraft, Aleksey has nearly two decades of experience in the aerospace and aviation industries. Under Aleksey’s leadership, Natilus enables the reduction of fuel consumption by 30% and the increase in payload capacity by 40%. Natilus’s family of aircraft includes its Kona cargo aircraft and its Horizon passenger aircraft.

Casper Baghuis is the IT Director of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at ASML, a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer based in The Netherlands. He has held this position since July 2014, overseeing the company's PLM IT strategies and systems. He is the IT business partner for Hardware Design and Engineering and IT department manager PLM and CM.

Casper oversees the company's PLM IT strategies and systems. He is the IT business partner for Hardware Design and Engineering and IT department manager PLM and CM.

Sarah Borngräber, Head of Program Strategy & Execution at SSI SCHAEFER, directs strategic initiatives for the digital transformation of the SSI SCHAEFER Group, with a current focus on PLM and CAD. After graduating in Logistics from TU Dortmund, she has progressed from planning intralogistics systems to leading global sales initiatives for software and processes, and now to managing strategic PLM programs. Her more than twelve years at SSI SCHAEFER combine technical expertise with strategic vision to master complex challenges. Her focus is always on creating significant value for customers through internal digitalization processes.

Olivier Pellerin, Process and Tools Innovation Manager

As Groupe SEB CAD and Simulation Manager, Olivier has led the global deployment PLM tools, conducted training sessions, optimized CAD tools, centralized simulation tools, and led workshops on virtual prototypes

Head of Advanced Design Tools and Processes at Navantia, responsible for optimizing engineering processes and tools through the latest technology. I also manage projects involving the development and implementation of new engineering technologies and supporting the creation of smart services/products. 

Previously, I was the System Simulation Manager in the Conceptual Design Office for 5 years, leading a team to develop multi-domain simulation models for system dynamics studies. Before that, I specialized in ship hydrodynamics for 10 years, focusing on ship propulsion, propeller cavitation, and underwater radiated noise. I represented Navantia in numerous international research projects and maritime industry organizations.

Jose Luis Herrer, Head of Adv. Design Tools & Processes

As the Head of Advanced Design Tools and Processes at Navantia, Jose is responsible for optimizing engineering processes and tools through the latest technology.

My name is Philipp Neidhöfer, born in 1983, and I am from Graz, Austria. I am happily married and the father of two wonderful children who bring joy and inspiration to my life. I pursued my passion for technology by studying Software Engineering and Business at Graz University of Technology, where I gained a strong foundation in developing innovative solutions. My professional journey began as a software developer, with a focus on CAD systems, where I honed my technical expertise. Seeking greater challenges, I shifted my focus to architectural concepts and cutting-edge technologies. Today, I am dedicated to supporting the digital transformation of SSI Schäfer, leveraging innovation to drive progress.

Philipp Neidhöfer, Enterprise Architect

Philipp focuses on architectural concepts and cutting-edge technologies. Today, he is dedicated to supporting the digital transformation of SSI Schäfer, leveraging innovation to drive progress.

After having finished his study at the Technical University of Delft, Jan Jaap started to build his career at Fokker Aircraft and Mannesmann Rexroth before he moved to ASML in 1997. He held various positions within the company, from system engineer of DUV and EUV scanners, Head of System Engineering, to Head of Development & Engineering of Business Line EUV. In 2021, he switched to leading the Mechanical Development cluster in engineering sector  (~ 1500 engineers). Even though he moved from an engineer position to a management position, Jan Jaap still has a passion for technology and never refuses an invitation to go into the cleanroom to learn about the high precision machines that ASML builds.

Jan Jaap has held various roles from system engineer of DUV/EUV scanners, Head of System Engineering, Head of Development & Engineering of Business Line EUV. He now leads the Mechanical Development engineering sector.

Robert Jones is executive vice president of global sales and customer success for Siemens Digital Industries
Software, a business unit of Siemens Digital Industries. He and his team are responsible for the company’s sales,
customer success and service delivery on a global basis. He works in partnership with Siemens Digital Industries
Software’s zone sales leaders to aggressively target geographic, industry and strategic corporate opportunities.
Prior to his current position, Jones was senior vice president and managing director of the Americas with
responsibility for sales, sales support, and services delivery in North and South America.
