It's true, the agenda is packed with incredible content! Here's our top tip for first-timers:

• Identify your top 3-5 Goals: what do you most want to learn or achieve? (e.g., "Solve a specific software problem," "Understand a new technology," "Connect with other users in my industry.")
• Use the event app (Available after registration and four weeks before the event): this will be your best friend! Once the agenda is live, use the app's filters to find sessions by topic, product, or industry that align with your goals.
• Mix it up: don't just stick to sessions! Schedule time for the Innovation Hub (for hands-on demos), the Community Corner (for networking), and the Solutions Center which covers our entire portfolio, with customer showcases and industry and product experts on hand.
• Have a backup plan: sessions can fill up! Star a few alternatives for each time slot.

What should I bring or wear?

• Dress code: business casual is perfect. Think comfortable shoes – you'll be doing a lot of walking.
• Essentials: your fully charged phone (and a portable charger) and a notebook/pen for ideas.
• Layers: conference rooms can be unpredictable, so a light jacket or sweater is always a good idea.

How do I connect with people before I even get there?

How do I find my way around the event venue?

• Check your welcome email / event app: we'll provide detailed maps and directions.
• Look for signage: The venue will have clear signs pointing to key areas like registration, session rooms, and the Solutions Center.
• Ask event staff: don't hesitate to approach anyone with an "Event Staff" badge, you will find them around the venue, on the registration desk, on the welcome desk and in the Solutions Center.

What are the "must-do" things for a first-timer?

• Attend the keynotes: these set the tone, provide strategic insights, and feature inspiring speakers.
• Explore the Innovation Hub: this is where you'll see the latest tech, get hands-on demos, and talk directly with Siemens experts. Plan at least an hour or two here.

• Visit booths in the Solutions Center: engaging with exhibitors is a natural way to meet people.
• Join the first-timers welcome: on day one we have a dedicated session for those attending Realize LIVE for the first time.

What if I get lost, have a question, or need assistance?

• Information desks: You will find these at registration, in the Solutions Center and at the Connections Lounge.
• Event staff: Our friendly staff members are easily identifiable by their badges. They are happy to assist with directions, schedule questions, or any other needs.
• Event app: The app has a plenty of useful information.

Will meals be provided? What about dietary restrictions?

Yes, your full conference registration includes daily lunches, refreshment breaks, and access to evening networking receptions. During registration, you'll have the option to note any dietary restrictions. We do our best to accommodate these.

How can I remember everything I learned?

• Take notes: jot down key takeaways during sessions.
• Access recordings: many keynotes and select sessions will be recorded. We'll share details on how to access these post-event, so you can revisit content.

How do I access session presentations and materials after the event?

Where available and with speaker permission, session presentations and materials will be made accessible to registered attendees post-event. Presentations are available in the app and we'll send an email with instructions and links for the on-demand library.
