It's where the brightest minds in manufacturing and design gather to share insights, collaborate on solutions, and explore the future of digital transformation, focusing on the latest software innovations, best practices, and industry trends across various domains, including product design, manufacturing, and lifecycle management.

Realize LIVE is for Siemens Digital Industries Software customers, users, and partners. This includes engineers, designers, manufacturers, IT professionals, business leaders, and anyone involved in innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

What are the key themes or tracks for this years events?

The event focuses on key themes and tracks that align with the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio and industry trends, such as Digital Transformation, AI, Sustainability, and the Industrial Metaverse. Is Realize LIVE an in-person, virtual, or hybrid event?

Realize LIVE is an in-person event, designed for immersive networking and hands-on experiences. However, some content will be made available virtually post-event for attendees.

How do I register for Realize LIVE?

You can register directly through the official event website. Simply click the 'register' button and follow the instructions to select your pass type and complete your registration.

What are the different registration pass types and what do they include?

Various pass types are offered to suit different needs, there are tiered rates depending on when you purchase, and group discounts available. Please visit the pricing and packaging page. Each pass type includes access to all general and breakout sessions, networking events, the Solutions Center and meals. What is the cost to attend Realize LIVE?

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Siemens Software reserves the right to defer or cancel the Conference if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond our control. Siemens Software will reschedule the Conference to an alternative date and/or provide you with a full refund.

Cancellations by the participant must be received in writing by email to the Global Events team.

Refund policy cancellation by the registrant will be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

• Upon cancellation by email at least 60 days before the Conference, SISW will refund your entire Conference registration fee.
• Upon cancellation by email at least 30 days before the Conference, SISW will refund 50% of your Conference registration fee.
• For cancellations less than 30 days before the Conference, no registration fee will be refunded

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person. Please raise a ticket with our helpdesk. Include your registration confirmation and the details of the person you would like to transfer your registration too.

When does registration close?

Registration will close the Friday before each event, for Realize LIVE Americas it closes on May 29, 2026 and for Realize LIVE Europe on 26 June 2026. We may close registration earlier if the event is sold-out.

How can I get a receipt for my registration?

An invoice is downloadable from your confirmation email, you will receive the confirmation email immediately upon booking sent to the email address you register with.

Where is Realize LIVE Americas taking place?

Realize LIVE Americas is held at Huntingdon Place, 1 Washington Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226.

Are there recommended hotels, and do you offer a special rate?

We have negotiated special rates for hotels at all of the Realize LIVE events. These hotel rates are only available to attendees and you will be sent a dedicated link in your registration confirmation email.

How do I get to the venue?

Information on transportation options, including directions from major airports, public transport, and parking facilities, is available on our Travel page.

What is the recommended dress code?

The recommended dress code for Realize LIVE is business casual. The venues are large and you may spend time standing and walking so wear suitable shoes. We want you to be comfortable while engaging in learning and networking!

Will Wi-Fi be available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the main conference areas at the venues for all attendees. Details of how to access the network will be made available at check-in.

How do you cater for special dietary requirements?

When you register for Realize LIVE you are able to select your dietary requirements. At the event we have dedicated menus and labelled dishes to ensure you are able to eat suitable food.

Will meals and refreshments be provided?

Yes, your full conference registration includes daily lunches, refreshment breaks, and access to evening networking receptions. Information on dietary accommodations will also be provided during the registration process and on-site.

Is there a coat check or luggage storage facility?

Coat check and luggage check will be available throughout the event.

Where can I view the full event agenda?

The full event agenda, including session details, speakers, and times, will be available via the Realize LIVE app which is released four weeks before the event. You can filter by track, topic, or speaker to find sessions of interest. The session catalog detailing all content will be available on-line from the end of March for the events in Americas and Europe.

How can I build my personal schedule?

Once the full agenda is live, you will be able to build your personal schedule using our event app or the online agenda builder. Instructions for doing so will be provided when the agenda is released.

Will sessions be recorded, and how can I access them after the event?

Select General and Breakout sessions will be recorded. Information on how to access these recordings post-event will be shared with registered attendees via email and on the event website after Realize LIVE concludes.

What types of sessions are offered?

When you arrive at Realize LIVE please visit the Siemens Xcelerator Academy booth to activate your subscription. The team can show you how to access the academy and how to get the most from all content.

How do I get involved with the Innovation Hub?

The Innovation Hub is a central part of Realize LIVE. Details on how to explore the latest innovations, interact with experts, and participate in demonstrations within the Innovation Hub will be available on the Innovation Hub webpage and on-site. You can also visit the Innovation Hub welcome desk at the events to get involved with activities.

How do I achieve my certifications?

Realize LIVE offers opportunities to advance your skills and potentially achieve certifications. You will receive information from the training team two weeks prior to the event with details of how to select and complete your certifications.

How do I get involved with Community Corner?

The Community Corner is your space to connect with the Siemens Digital Industries Software community. Details on activities, discussion forums, and how to engage will be available on the Community Corner section of the webpage and on-site.

Are there any pre-conference workshops or training sessions?

All content for Realize LIVE is available on-site there is no pre-conference content. Post-conference you can access session recordings in the on-demand library and the Siemens Xcelerator Academy.
