The following FAQs address some of the concerns you may have regarding the transition of IESF 2020 to a virtual event due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Q: How do I watch a session?

A: The live broadcast starts at:  

Dec 9, 11am – 4pm (EST)        
Dec 10, 11am – 4pm (JST)           
Dec 10, 11am – 4pm (CST)          
Dec 10, 11am – 4pm (CET)          

For now, navigate to our agenda to learn more about each session. When the event starts, the agenda is where you watch and enjoy the event.

Q: Is there a fee for IESF Automotive? 

A: No, IESF Automotive will be available totally free of charge. 

Q: Are there sessions available in other languages besides English? 

A: Yes. Sessions in Asian time zone will be available with Chinese and Japanese closed captioning.  

Q: What are the Recommended System Requirements? 

A:  To optimize the performance of your virtual experience, please note the following system requirements: 

  • Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox or Edge internet browsers 
    Note: Internet Explorer is not supported 
  • 3G or 4G/LTE broadband wired or wireless connection  

Q: I am a member of the media or analyst community. Will the virtual event contain content that is relevant to me? 

A: Yes, but the virtual event will not be providing an experience tailored to the media and analysts.
