How do I make my hotel reservation?
A hotel room block has been set up for this event. Please make your reservation after you have registered for the event (the hotel booking link is provided in the registration confirmation.) Room rates are 205.00€ and include breakfast. Cut off for reserving a hotel room is 4th November 2023.
If you have a hotel reservation, check in time is 15:00, check out time is 11:00.
Where can I park for the event if needed?
IESF will pay for your parking, but you must park in area P26. Proceed to hotel front desk to get a stamp for complimentary parking.
What is the agenda for IESF Automotive 2023?
The overview agenda will be on the IESF home page. You can browse and select from the details list of sessions on the agenda page, during registration, and you will have your detailed, personalized agenda in the event mobile app.
Which meals are included in IESF Automotive 2023?
We will be providing continental breakfast, lunch and invite you to stay for our reception starting at 16:30.
What are the registration desk/badge pickup hours

Please note that you must wear your name badge in the conference space and during conference meals.
