User2User is the premier customer conference for Siemens EDA. For over 40 years, our customers have gathered to share ideas, learn best practices, and connect with their peers.

At User2User 2026, we’re introducing dynamic horizontal themes that cut across traditional vertical product tracks. In addition to focused sessions on Siemens EDA solutions, attendees will find thought-provoking content woven throughout the agenda on four key innovation areas: 3D IC, AI, Connected Verification, and Software-Defined Systems. These themes highlight the technologies shaping the future of design and provide fresh perspectives to help you stay ahead in an evolving industry. Specific tracks also include Custom IC, Digital implementation, Functional verification, Hardware-assisted verification, High-level synthesis/power analysis, Physical verification and Test and silicon lifecycle solutions. Is User2User an in-person, virtual, or hybrid event?
User2User is an in-person event, designed for immersive networking and hands-on experiences. However, some content will be made available virtually post-event for attendees.
How do I register for User2User?
Registration will launch in February 2026. You can register directly through the official event website. Simply click the 'register' button and follow the instructions to select your pass type and complete your registration.
What are the different registration pass types and what do they include?
Customers and partners should register for our Conference Attendee pass, which provides full in‑person access to all general sessions, breakout sessions, networking events, the Usability Lab, the Expo, and all meals throughout the day.
What is the cost to attend User2User?
User2User is free for all Siemens EDA customers, providing full access to sessions, keynotes, and networking throughout the day at no cost.
Are there training courses available?
We are excited to offer a unique training opportunity the day after User2User North America! Each three-hour lecture will deliver curated material from our most sought-after courses in a condensed format. Every participant will take home a free on-demand training subscription* for the full, self-paced training course, so you can expand your knowledge and perform hands-on labs in our virtual cloud-enabled environment (up to a $2,500 value.)

Is there a cost to add a training course?
The cost to add training is $350 per class. A limited number of promo codes are available, so contact your Siemens EDA account manager for more information. * If a promotional code is applied, the discount shall be valid for one class only.
Where is User2User North America taking place?
User2User North America is held at the Santa Clara Marriott, 2700 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
Are there recommended hotels, and do you offer a special rate?
We have a Siemens discounted rate: $299/night, plus 16.7% tax. Siemens group rate will be available until April 3, 2026. Book your hotel now.
How do I get to the venue?
The closes airport is the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport. We suggest taking a Taxi or Lyft from the airport, as it is only a 10-minute drive to the hotel.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Parking is provided by Siemens EDA. Please keep the ticket you receive when entering the garage and bring it to the conference registration desk for validation.
What is the recommended dress code?
The recommended dress code for User2User is business casual. The venue is large and you may spend time standing and walking so wear suitable shoes. We want you to be comfortable while engaging in learning and networking!
Will Wi-Fi be available at the venue?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the main conference areas at the venues for all attendees. Details of how to access the network will be made available at check-in.
How do you cater for special dietary requirements?
When you register for User2User you are able to select your dietary requirements. At the event we have dedicated menus and labelled dishes to ensure you are able to eat suitable food.
Will meals and refreshments be provided?
Yes, your full conference registration includes refreshment breaks, lunch and evening networking reception. Information on dietary accommodations will also be provided during the registration process and onsite.
Where can I view the full event agenda?
The full event agenda, including session details, speakers, and times, will be available on the website and via the mobile app. You can filter by track, topic, or speaker to find sessions of interest.
The full agenda will be released by the end of March.
How can I build my personal schedule?
Once the full agenda is live, you will be able to build your personal schedule using our event app or the online agenda builder. Instructions for doing so will be provided a few weeks prior to the event.
Will sessions be recorded, and how can I access them after the event?
All General and Breakout sessions will be recorded. Information on how to access these recordings post-event will be shared with registered attendees via email and on the event website in June 2026. To explore content from previous years, our Content library is available year‑round.
