Award categories
Eligibility is open to any Siemens customer who has implemented groundbreaking solutions from the period January 1 to December 31, 2025, and will attend Realize LIVE Americas and/or Europe 2026.
Individual awards
Community champion
The Community Champion Award honors an individual committed to sharing Siemens technology knowledge. This person supports peers through guidance, event speaking, and educational resource development.

The Innovation leader award recognizes Siemens customers who drive meaningful change through creativity and forward thinking. These innovators use Siemens technologies to develop new ideas, products, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

The Digital transformation award recognizes Siemens customers who are leading their organizations toward a sustainable digital enterprise.
Sustainability impact
The Sustainability impact award honors a Siemens customer organization demonstrating exceptional commitment to sustainability through the innovative use of Siemens technologies.

The Responsible AI category recognizes organizations that are designing, developing, and deploying AI technologies with integrity and purpose — balancing innovation with ethical responsibility.

Peter won for his exceptional dedication & influence in the Mendix community. He's a top influencer, sharing insights via sessions & podcasts, actively beta testing, & a top contributor, offering valuable advice and perspectives.
Frederik Vanhee
Frederik won for his profound NXOpenexpertise and innovative contributions. He created the largest public NXOpen repository, developed Python Intellisense, provided extensive forum support, spoke at RL, and trained 260+ students.
Steffen Bangsow
Steffen Bangsow won the Community champion award for outstanding commitment. He gave nearly 1,000 forum responses in 2023, earning Community Catalyst. He hosted Tecnomatix Virtual Meetups (550+ attendees) & gained 150+ followers.
