Community Champion: Steffen Bangsow
Steffen Bangsow was awarded the Community Champion Award for his outstanding commitment to the Siemens community. In 2023, he provided nearly 1,000 responses in forums, earning him the prestigious Community catalyst title. Blas Molero Hidalgo, IBERISA, demonstrated exceptional commitment to the Siemens Community through his remarkable achievements, expertise and thought leadership. He showcases his expertise in Siemens CAE technology through insightful blogs, a YouTube channel and active participation in Siemens forums — providing over 200 responses to users in 2023 alone. Vivix Vidros Planos set a three-year industrial transformation roadmap to address its long-standing manual processes and fragmented data landscape. As Industrial Transformation Manager at Vivix, Aristóteles Terceiro Neto was instrumental in aligning a best-in-class ecosystem of technology providers — Siemens, AWS, SAP and Mendix — to change the way his organization delivers software solutions. Innovation Leader: Johannes Hoelzle
Collaborating with Lutz Seidenfaden CIO of MTU Aero Engines AG, Johannes Hoelzle, MTU Aero Engines AG, deployed new and agile processes and tailored the product lifecycle management (PLM) environment. Employees at EnerVenue, a pioneer in metal-hydrogen batteries for clean energy, integrated Siemens solutions into their digital roadmap. By aligning its technology initiatives with long-term goals, EnerVenue achieved improvements in efficiency and cost savings. Blendhub aims to make healthy and affordable food and nutrition available to all people in all places. With its food-as-a-service model, Blendhub reduces the ecological footprint of food production and aims to revolutionize the food industry. Its portable micro-factories enable local production of nutrient-dense food powders, ensuring freshness and reducing environmental impact and transportation costs.
