What is Realize LIVE?
Realize LIVE is the premier digital transformation conference for Siemens software users. Technical users, industry leaders and Siemens partners come together to accelerate innovation and workplace efficiency.
When will registration open?
Registration opens on Jan. 14, 2025. Get notified when registration opens.
Who should attend?
Anyone from technical users to enterprise-wide deployment leaders will find value. Expect a diverse audience including customers, prospects, Siemens solutions experts, and partners.
When and where is Realize LIVE Europe 2025?
June 30 - July 2, 2025, at the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Where should I stay for the event?
When registration opens, you will be able to access the selected hotels and receive special pricing for delegates.
Will there be a mobile app for the event?
The Realize LIVE mobile app will be available to download in the weeks before the event, and all registered attendees will receive an email with details. The app is more than the agenda; it offers a full guide to the event, the opportunity to network with other attendees and after the event, access to the exclusive content library of recorded sessions.
How do I update my registration information?
Open the registration record link in your confirmation email, this will open the modify registration link and here you can update your information.
Are meals included with my full conference pass?
With the conference pass the following meals and snacks are included:
- Breakfast on days two and three
- Lunch on all days
- Morning and afternoon snacks on all days
- Buffet and canape-style food on evenings one and two

When does registration open?
Registration will open on Jan. 14, 2025, with our super-early bird price.
How do I register for Realize LIVE Americas 2025?
Register for Realize LIVE by visiting the pricing and packages page to determine which package is best for you.
How much does it cost to attend?
A full conference pass is €995 each + VAT (21%). To learn more about discounts and group rates, check out our pricing and packages.
Do you offer discounted rates?
We offer discounted rates to full-time students, and educators. Learn more.
What are group passes and how do I purchase them?
Group passes are offered to companies who want to purchase bulk Full Conference passes before the event. To learn more about the Group Passes program, please visit group packages.
What methods of payment will be available for Realize LIVE Europe registration?
When registration opens, you will be able to pay by credit card to purchase your pass. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express will be accepted. Get notified when registration opens.
What is your cancellation policy for conference registration?
You may cancel by submitting your request to Realize LIVE Support. If you cancel at least 60 days before the event, we will refund the full registration fee. If you cancel 30-59 days before the event, we will refund 50% of the fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, there will be no refund.
What airport should I fly into for Realize LIVE?

How am I able to book a room at one of the hotels for Realize LIVE?
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a list of hotel booking links.
How do I make changes to my hotel reservation?
Please contact the hotels directly for any changes. We do not have access to your hotel bookings.
Will transportation be provided from hotels to the convention center?
Transportation will not be provided, but all hotels have great access to public transport.

Where is on-demand content available?
On-demand content from the conference can be accessed through the Realize Live Content Library 2024.
How long will on-demand content be available from 2024?
On-demand content from Realize LIVE 2024 will be available for 12 months following the event.
When will the Session Catalog be available?
The session catalogue will be available sometime in mid-March. It will be available here.
What is the process for becoming a sponsor?
Send an email to Realize LIVE Americas or Realize LIVE Europe. Our sponsorship team will guide you through the available opportunities, answer any questions, and help you choose or customize a package. Once your preferred package is confirmed, we will send the necessary agreement documents for review and signature. Upon completion, you'll receive confirmation of your sponsorship and instructions on the next steps.
What benefits are there from sponsoring?

Can I customize my sponsorship package?
Yes, we can tailor packages to align with your specific goals and budget. Let's discuss your needs and create a bespoke solution.
What is the deadline for sponsorship commitments?
The earlier you commit, the more exposure we can offer. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with applications closing on April 18, 2025.
