When and where is Realize LIVE Asia-Pacific 2025?

August 5-6, 2025, at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center, Bengaluru, India.

Where should I stay for the event?

When registration opens, you will be able to access the selected hotels and receive special pricing for delegates.

Will there be a mobile app for the event?

The Realize LIVE mobile app will be available to download one month before the event, and all registered attendees will receive an email with details. When the mobile app launches, registered attendees will be able to browse the detailed agenda and view the breakout sessions.

How do I update my registration information? 

Need to update your Realize LIVE Asia-Pacific 2025 registration? Just click the registration record link in your confirmation email to open the modify registration link, review your form, make changes, and save—quick and seamless.

Are meals included with my full conference pass? 

With the conference pass the following meals and snacks are included: 

• Lunch on both days 
• Morning and afternoon snacks on both days 
• Buffet and canape-style food at the evening reception

When does registration open?

Registration is now open. Secure your Early Bird pass by 30th May.

How do I register for Realize LIVE Asia-Pacific 2025? 

Register for Realize LIVE by visiting the pricing and packages page to determine which package is best for you. 

How much does it cost to attend? 

A full conference pass is ₹5,000 each. To learn more about discounts and group rates, check out our pricing and packages.  

Do you offer discounted rates? 

We offer discounted rates for groups of five or more attendees from the same company, check out our pricing and packages.  

What methods of payment will be available for Realize LIVE Asia-Pacific registration?

When registration opens, you will be able to pay by credit card to purchase your pass. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express will be accepted.

What is your cancellation policy for conference registration? 

You may cancel by submitting your request to Realize LIVE Support. If you cancel at least 60 days before the event, we will refund the full registration fee. If you cancel 30-59 days before the event, we will refund 50% of the fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, there will be no refund. 

What airport should I fly into for Realize LIVE?

Kempegowda International Airport (BLR).

Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotels?

Transportation will not be offered. You may choose public transportation or book a limo pick-up service from the hotel.

How am I able to book a room at one of the hotels for Realize LIVE?

After you register, you will receive your link to book reserve your hotel accommodations. 

What are the hotels with Siemens group rate? 

Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center and Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield.

Will transportation be provided between those two hotels?   

Yes, the shuttle bus will be arranged.

Which agency is authorized to collect money on behalf of Siemens?

Zeal Integrated Marketing Solutions is the official payment gateway partner authorized to collect payments for Siemens Realize LIVE Asia-Pacific 2025. 

What methods of payment are available?

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. All payment options will be securely processed through Zeal for participants across the Asia-Pacific region.
