I agree on behalf of myself and any of my guests to grant Siemens Digital Industries Software and its legal representatives and assigns the right to use and publish any media related to the conference (such as photographs or videos taken by hired professional photographers and videographers and Siemens employees, or posted to the conference app) for the restricted purpose of promotion, including advertising the Americas Solution Partner Conference or Partner Channel Program, in any manner and medium. The media may be altered or edited without inspection or approval. On behalf of myself and any of my guests, I release Siemens Digital Industries Software and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to the aforementioned media.

The intention of asking for this agreement is to share photos and videos with Siemens Partners, potential partners, and Siemens employees and affiliates to promote this and similar partner-focused events and the Partner Channel Program.

The participant's attendance and participation in the meeting fully complies with the participant's ethics and compliance policies.

Siemens Employee Terms and Conditions

To contain costs while ensuring Siemens employees enjoy convenient access to Channel Partners, Channel employees, and Siemens executives, I agree to participate in cost sharing to cover food, beverage and entertainment if I the following criteria apply to me:

• I do not report directly to the VP of the Americas Channel or one of his/her direct reports
• I am not a member of the event team which executes this event
• I am not the primary presenter in a session on the main conference Agenda (each session may only have one primary presenter)
• I am not the primary exhibitor in the Innovation pavilion (each table may have only one primary exhibitor)
